As the owner of IMI since 1995, Dirk has spent the last 25 years in the cultured marble business. Born and raised in Belgium, Dirk moved to the USA in 1983. He has earned business degrees from Loyola University (Antwerp, Belgium) and American University (Washington, DC). He is fluent in 5 languages.

Kevin has 35 years of experience in sales, sales management, and operations. He believes in building strong relationships to foster long-lasting partnerships. He has a degree in Business Management and Communications, but experience has taught him that the more important degree is Communications. Potential issues can always be resolved when we practice open, honest communication.

With 35 years of experience in the building products industry, I am a seasoned sales leader focused on building strong relationships, developing high-performing teams, and driving sustainable growth. Throughout my career, I have combined industry expertise with a customer-first approach to deliver results and create lasting partnerships. I take pride in leading with integrity, bringing people together, and finding opportunities to help both customers and organizations succeed.

Pat Sak

Manager, Manufacturing

Pat oversees all manufacturing. Pat brings significant manufacturing experiences to IMI from other large companies in the industry.

Kim Trujillo

Controller

Kim is responsible for all accounting, payroll and HR at IMI. Kim brings over 20 years of accounting experience and is a graduate of the Walsh College of Accountancy and Business Administration.

Gemma Mantilla

Continuous Improvement Manager

Gemma optimizes all aspects of our production operations, as well as purchasing and sales support. Gemma is a graduate of Universidad Centroamericana, Managua, and is bilingual in Spanish and English.

Gayle Harrison

Inside Sales Representative

Gayle supports and provides the Sales Team with quotes. Born and raised in South Africa, Gayle moved to the USA in 2018 and resides here permanently.

Raif Sula

Senior Direct Sales Manager

Born and raised in Albania, Raif has built a strong following with his customers across the USA. He is a graduate from South East European University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Public Administration and Political Science.

Clint Hines

National Sales Manager

Clint has worked in the hospitality industry for 15 years after earning a Bachelor’s Degree from Georgia Southern University.

Stacie Rogers

National Specification Manager

Stacie has worked in the construction and design industry for 20 years. She has a Business Management degree from Kennesaw State University.

Ryan Sak

Direct Hospitality Sales

Ryan is dedicated to building strong relationships and ensuring client satisfaction through seamless interactions. Outside of work, Ryan enjoys fishing, skiing, and spending time with family.
